Strategy and performance

Following extensive engagement with our stakeholders, we published our DSO Strategic Action Plan in March 2024 to ensure their voices directly shaped our priorities. Stakeholder feedback remains central to everything we do, guiding the evolution of our plans and actions.

Our strategic action plan

In Spring 2024, we shared our annual targets for our key performance indicators (KPIs). These KPIs were developed to show how we are delivering against the commitments made in our DSO Strategic Action Plan.

We publish our quarterly performance against these measures on our website and also email them to all of our DSO stakeholders.

 

Forward planning

Our strategy and forward plans are built around five key themes that our customers and stakeholders say are important.

The Senior DSO management team are responsible for ensuring our strategic commitments are met and are committed to updating stakeholders on our progress throughout the year through via regular engagement events and by sending quarterly performance updates to stakeholders on our mailing list.
