Engaging with our stakeholders

Effective customer and stakeholder engagement is paramount to being an effective DSO.

We have developed a comprehensive yet evolving plan of engagement events, publications and feedback methods helping us understand the needs and preferences of our stakeholders.

Performance report

Our teams review and analyse stakeholder feedback throughout the year to identify improvements for our stakeholders. These are reported annually in our Performance Report which is reviewed and scored by an independent panel on behalf of Ofgem.

Ofgem published their first annual report in September 2024, providing feedback on our survey results and performance report. The report sets out their expectations for us and all DSO’s across the UK and can be found here.
